Owner and Chocolatier Tarah Warner started the business in late 2021. She makes small batch chocolate truffles flavored with locally-sourced ingredients, ensuring a taste of the Berkshires in every bite! Tarah hand makes all her truffles, hand dips them, packs all of the truffles, and oversees deliveries, sales, paperwork and social media for the business.

“The best part of running Truffles by Tarah is the joy that my customers get from my product. I have customers who have become friends and these truffles make everyone so happy!” Tarah told Berkshires BFF. What could possibly be better than being surrounded by chocolate and delighting customers with uniquely flavored treats?

Tarah hopes that her high quality truffles can help her business become a local food destination. By infusing local flavors into her goods, she also aims to highlight other local growers, producers, brewers, winemakers and distillers.
